DE FEO, Italian eclectic artist based in Berlin, is building journeys where electrifying beats and soul stirring performances intertwine to create an unforgettable multi-sensorial experience, this Techno prodigy has risen to become a global sensation, captivating dance floors around Europe with his infectious energy and magnetic talent. DE FEO’s passion for music transcends the confines of the DJ booth. As an entrepreneur with a heart for nurturing talent, he owns two thriving record labels, SMR Underground and T O B E, digital platforms for emerging artists and non, to shine and share their artistry with the world. In the same time hkeeping the timeless allure of vinyl alive, but with a contemporary way how to perceive them it’s one of his challenges; DE FEO’s vinyl shop, Questline, in the vibrant city center of Berlin serves as a haven for collectors and dj alike, a place of networking, and a creative hub for creatives from around the world.
DE FEO extends his influence through the airwaves with his podcast, “Mom, I Want to Be an Artist.” This captivating show delves into the inner workings of the art world, sharing intimate stories, insights, and wisdom from fellow musicians and industry pioneers allowed the world.
With the first season recorded in Berlin and the second touring the world, starting from Amsterdam, than Napoili, Beijing and more coming soon, the goal is to learn and share learning experiences for artists to artists in a way never done before.
In 2021 he signed with Flash Recordings by Florian Meindl, and since then his sound: fast minimal techno, hypnotic industrial, endless grooves, and some experiment with modular music; are his signatures.To be marked in 2024 he performed 2 DJ gigs in Beijing at Bye Bye Disco and Solo + a live A/V set where I worked with the first dancer of the Beijing Theater for a b2b music/dance production for an art performance tha past March and a sold out show in the historical Italian music temple Alcatraz in April.
