Distriktの共同設立者であるJustin a.k.a. Faxtoryは、ローカル・タレントを紹介しつつ、国際的なツアーアーティストを取り入れるプラットフォームを通じて、香港のコミュニティ主導のアンダーグラウンド・シーンにおける音の境界を押し広げることに情熱を注いでいるのである。
宀 Clubでのレジデンシーは、ブランド・プロジェクトでありコレクティブでもあるDistriktの成長を成功裏に導き、AmenthiaのGarçon & Agonis、NYCのAurora Halal、大阪のErik Luebsらと共演し、さらにSiamese TwinsのSunju HargunやFuture TerrorのDJ Nobuといった名高いベテランとのコラボレーションを実現させてきたのである。
テクノのより深くグルーヴィーな側面を体現する真の存在でありながら、そのサウンドは常に進化を続けている。90年代後半から2000年代初頭の秘蔵レコードや現代のプロダクションに着想を得た、多様かつ流動的なセレクションによって、感情の旅路が展開されるのである。

His 宀 Club residency has allowed for the successful growth of brand project and collective Distrikt, playing alongside Amenthia’s Garçon & Agonis, NYC’s Aurora Halal, Osaka’s Erik Luebs and collaborating with renown veterans such as Siamese Twins’ Sunju Hargun and Future Terror’s DJ Nobu.
A true exponent of the deeper and groovier sides of techno but with an ever-evolving taste of sound – expect a journey of emotions exhibited through versatile and fluid selections inspired by arcane records from the late 90’s, early 00’s, and contemporary productions.
