Coming from the South of France and now firmly rooted in Berlin, Perfo (real name Thibaud Guillemin) has steadily found his place within the city’s electronic scene. His music is driven by emotion, colourful details and storytelling, shaped as much by his constant
music digging as by the environments he moves through. Following a series of releases on respected labels such as Mord Records, Hayes Collective, NRBK (Nørbak’s label), Tommy Four Seven’s 47 imprint and Illegal Alien Records, Perfo reached a new milestone with his City Drift release on Hayes Collective in 2025. The record marked a deeper step into his sound, combining cinematic textures, intricate percussion and a more personal atmosphere. Reviews highlighted its dream-like yet grounded approach, where shifting pads, raw drums and unexpected textures come together into something both hypnotic and slightly surreal. In the club, Perfo has continued to grow organically, returning a few times to iconic spaces such as Berghain/Panorama Bar. His sets are structured like chapters, moving through carefully built moments rather than a linear progression — shifting between hypnotic intensity, atmospheric depth and unexpected turns that reflect his constant music digging,
wide-ranging influences and eclectic sonic universe.
2026 also marks an important expansion beyond Europe, with his first performances in Asia, including appearances in Seoul (FAUST) and Tokyo (ENTER). This next chapter reflects the steady and patient evolution that has defined his journey so far — a path shaped by dedication, consistency and a clear musical direction.
